Our social research organisation has 18 years’ experience leading central and local government research. We have conducted over 250 public consultations, evaluations and needs assessments, and analysed 3 million responses, ensuring that public bodies have the deep insights they need to improve services.
Our work focuses on criminal justice, public health and social care, improving practice and giving a powerful voice to service users in shaping future service design. Our research, analysis, insights and reporting provide a strong evidence base for the decisions that impact many of the most vulnerable groups in society.
